Terms and Conditions
Bookings
- To secure your desired event date, we kindly ask that you contact us with your preferred time and details as early as possible. Our team will work closely with you to tailor our services to your needs and ensure every element of your experience is seamless from start to finish.
Deposit
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm your event booking. Deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE.
- The balance of payment is required two weeks prior to the event date.
- Once your deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed and the date reserved exclusively for your event. Please note that we are unable to guarantee your booking until the deposit has been paid and processed.
- Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or if our services are no longer required.
- Payments should be made via BACS transfer.
- An acknowledgement of payment received will be issued as soon as funds are cleared.
Cancellations
- Cancellations within 1 week of the event date will forfeit balance paid.
Health and Safety Assessment
- We advise a venue survey (prior to the event) for our risk assessment. The assessment will encompass the following components:
Health and Safety
- Food and personal hygiene are priority; therefore, we will not accept or cook poultry, meat, not prepared by us.
- Delectable Grillz accepts no liability for any allergies caused by food supplied by the client, third party or any secondary caterer.
- Pets are not allowed in the area of operation.
- We adopt a strict 'no children' policy in and around our cooking points. Delectable Grillz accepts no responsibility for injuries sustained by the client, guests, or others, who fail to acknowledge safety measures and warnings.
- We will clean up at the end of the event, ensuring the area of operation is left clean and tidy.
- Adequate parking facilities – please advise us of any parking restrictions.
- Appropriate fire exits.
- Suitable and clear access, for the delivery and removal of our equipment.
- Space to accommodate 1 (or 2) 3m x 3m Gazebo(s) on a flat surface.
- Please inform us of any venue regulations or restrictions regarding the use of firewood and charcoal grills.
- Adequate electric power points.
- Accessibility to water supply – both indoors and outdoors.
- Adequate Lighting – outdoors.
- Guest control measures (safety barriers) within the cooking area.
- Access to kitchen facilities - where applicable.
- Overall hygiene of the cooking area, serving points and environs.
Social Media
- We do take videos and photos of our events for social media and promotional purposes only.
- Please inform us if you prefer not to have your guests on our social media platform.
